How to fix clicking noise. Dishwasher, miele, g1023?

In the drying cycle a ticking noise can be heard, as if a bit of plastic is stuck in a fan, I can not locate the fan and the noise appears to be at the button right hand side of the door.

The dryer fan on this model is not in the door, it is in the bottom RH side (where you hear the noise coming from). The fan has a habit of working loose on the motor shaft & coming into contact with the fan housing. If you take off the RH side panel you will see the fan directly under the condenser tank. Remove the baseplate to get it out...

There is a dryer blower motor in the door, remove outer door panel to access, after you have unplugged the machine. Cheers
