Dimplex x1 S no Light or Fan but get heat !?

My Dimplex x1 S will switch on / bleeps shows 1 or 2 red lights on left of rear panel, gets hot on top of unit but no light or fan not spin, bulbs seam ok not blown.

I have the same fault what a rubbish compant a bulb blowing should not damage a pcb nver buy dimplex

The PCB requires replacing part No FP 06008. sometimes when a lamp blows it shorts out and damages the pcb
