The numbers do not always engage. Possibly worn out over the past 15 years. Have changed the code before and assume that would be an answer now.

If it is a number issue change the code to one without those that are affected.

If you have managed to buy a replacement,then you are very lucky as three types of rkp's that suit the TS700 are long since obsolete.

It's a super panel but I'd replace with scantronic 96 or 9751.

What's the problem with your keypad?.
