Hi I've just brought a new samsung tv model ue40eh5000k and I have a sky+had box. The problem is once I've plugged my sky box into the tv it's not responding at all. No red lights or anything on the sky remote. Although the box is working fine on the tv. Just wounded if you'd be able to help. I've tried holding the red button and select button together without batteries and with and still nothing. And then each button on its own but doesn't work for me Please help
