How can I develop an expert system that can repair a car

That "motor mechanic" is probably unable to change a belt or the spark plugs, or actualy adjust any mechanical components or do an oil and filters change.
To have a system that is actualy able to "fix" a car, tou need some advanced robotics.
This is WAY beyong the scome of this forum...
