Before calling engineer, if rear of freezer is one with the grills on back( don't know technical term, they pick up a lot of dust and fluff. Try carefully hoovering or dusting. I called engineer when it happened to me. After he cleaned the back it worked fine. 100 pound cost! Try this before forking out. Apparently heat can't escape and fridge can't cool down .
