water collecting in bottom of fridge?

I have an integrated larder/fridge (MFI model APM6121/6125/6115) and it keeps filling up with water in the bottom. The drain seems to be clogging with blank gunk. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue - currently I keep mopping up the water and have tried using a cotton bud to clean out the gloopy black stuff!
