wish I could chics but im 8stone ringing wet , I just havnt got the energy or money to pay for it, just wondered if there was something simple I could do

You'll need to replace the post with a new one. Dig the old one out and put the new one in with fresh concrete mix. Shouldn't be expensive. Your Builder's Merchants will have the necessary materials.
