I have an older heat surge has no reset button
beeps then shut off
also have a newer heatsurge shuts off after it runs for awhile then shuts off red light flashes so you know unit is off
I unplug unit wait for awhile hit reset after unpluging unit works for awhile then shuts off can you help me?
