Renault clio I have a 1997 ?

I have a Renault clio five door from 1997 but the back doors do not unlock any body any ideas on how to fix this problem

Hi
It most certainly seems that the childproof locks are activated. If you look near the catch on the doors you should see a small lever. Flick the lever up or down and this should sort your problem.
