Thank you for the advice, (I blasted the compartment above the treatment drawer with a steaming attachment on my wife's Morphy Richards steam cleaner, and it worked a treat!!)

tubes blocked with hard conditioner fluid, you might be able to clear it with boiling water into that drawer,
