B&H 8 mm Filmo clutch does not engage?

8 mm Filmo Picture Master puchased Dec 1948. Can not locate a model # , serial # 605774

How do you repair the clutch. If need be where can I purchase parts.

Other than clutch projector appears to operate perfectly it is in great condition.
