just bought a 2008 Vauxhall zafira 1.6 petrol revs are going on there oan ?

Revs going on there own without touching anything and the clutch not working as it should and the car is juddering when driving

It will need to go onto a computer for a diagnosis as to what is wrong regarding it revving and misfiring,as for the clutch,is it slipping/not clearing,probably a g/box out job. Wonder why it was for sale?
