6 stack cd player wont load cd?

i have a mk 4 mondeo, the 6 cd changer will not let me load any discs it keeps ejecting them it is a sony system as fitted as standard

got my 6 stacker on my x350 jaguar 2005 to eject but says no disc. Diagnostic says no error, so what now,maybe just a clean out since it came back from paint shop not working. looking for way to get working again any ideas. thanks Des.
