samsung 4615 cash reg ?

fitted a new journal belt display on screen shows PP 0.00 if I turn key to off display still shows pp0.00 if I unplug it and reconnect the the printer will run even if I turn key t0 off the only way I can get it to stop is to unplug it from psp board

Sounds like you have stopped the printer from sensing the timing correctly. Take it apart again and check each sensor/ wires etc
