How can I fix Hotpoint Aquarius WF430?

The pre-wash light keeps flashing on my Hotpoint Aquarius model WF430. Also it's taking hours to complete a wash and no spin. Almost as if it's stuck on a verrrrrrry long pre-wash!!
Can anyone help?

The prewash flashing means the water isn`t getting into the machine try here
