no spin?

I have a candy Ogrand 8kg GO482 washing machine that stopped spinning after a heavy load everything else appears to work and I have drained the machine / isolated at present, any ideas?

Can you hear if the motor is turning if so the drive belt (at the back of machine ) is broken or has come off
