Any suggestions why my hp omnibook 6000 notebook wont power up .I finished a session and when i came to use it again it failed to power up not even the battery charge light comes on when the adaptor is plugged in. I am less than a novice so please make any suggestions very very easy. Thanks

try removing the battery and then using just the mains lead to power on and see what happens.
