seems no power showing up on control panel?

miele premier 300, washing machine,it completed a normal wash and went to do another load, the machine was dead, as if the fuse had gone.i have changed the fuse.

Control panel also has an internal fuse right hand end on inside behind plastic cover. (special fuse not plug fuse)
