Try pressing the override button once, I think the red light will go off then press the learn button once, the green light will flash then after then after about 15 seconds the green light should turn solid, this was done with the transmitter back off (remove by removing the small screw), this is from memory so please bear with me, but it does fire up, also make sure the transmitter is set to auto and run, hope this helps. if this doesn't do it try 08708500184 and speak to an engineer, good luck!
