how can i fix my dimplex EBY15 series S ?

Fire will not switch on just bleeps. came on for 1 minute & turned off at one try.

Exbury EBY 15 I believe I have a switch fault. The fire will not always operate when I turn it on either with the remote or front switch. The signal is received nothing happens. If I turn off the isolation switch to the fire and then put it back on, the fire then respond to the remote or front switch.
