Zanussi FS1555W Washing Machine- 2 Beeps- Doesnt Work?

Zanussi FS1555W Washing Machine doesn't work. Beeps twice and End light flashis twice. Can someone help please. I can see water at the bottom of the drum.

its not draining for some reason.
Is the drain pipe kinked or the pump blocked?
Does it restart when you press the "start" button?
