Canon powershot A 480 and Agfa selecta 14

Neither cameras will connect to my pc or laptop and don’t know why.
I have inserted the canon disc with canon connected and a window on computers shows ‘use dropbox to transfer photo’s & video’s.’ that doesn’t work. The other selection is to view files in the folder.


The Agfa disc shows a window for language selection after selecting English opens another window to a menu list for user manual, easy start manual, 3d addition ect Nothing on loading photo’s to the PC or laptop. What am I not doing or doing wrong?

If you don't have it on your computer download "Picasa" for free,great programme and very popular,I always use it as my main option.Not keen on dropbox at all.
