My old oster kitchen center (Regency) is not working?

The blender attachment & slicing attachments are fine. The mixing attachment makes an awful sound. I need to know if there is any place to repair or buy a new mixer head, as everything else still works. The number on the mixer is 962-16A. Tell me you can help!
