How can I fix my srs594hnss fridge freezer?

I have a Samsung srs594hnss fridge freezer and the freezer works fine but the fridge doesn't get colder than 11 degrees have done multiple full defrost but no good and I get ice build up on the bottom left vent in the fridge side....any help would b appreciated
