When the dial rotates, count the number of flashes (eg 8 flashes then a gap and the 8 flashes again) then have a look at www.emwelec.co.uk/support and it will diagnose your fault. No laptop is required to do this !

It is a diagnostic indicator when it does this, it means it has stayed in a process longer than the design parameters allow. Unfortunately it could be any process. Only thing you can try is check the pump filter is clear in case it is taking too long to pump out. Other than that you will need an engineer to test it with a laptop connected to the module interface.
