how can I reset my cooker clock on tecnik range cooker please?

I am in my sisters house. there has been a power cut and I need to reset the c lock on her tecnik range cooker for the oven to work. Please help

With the clock flashing press and hold down the two leftmost buttons - use plus and minus to set the time - any time will do.
