We cannot get the poles off that hold the laminating paper. It says to move it to the right and then pull out of the left side. This doesn't work for us, the pole will not release. Any help?

whatyou do is lide the film and the knobs, what you call poles as far as possible to the left, then tighten the thumbscrews on the right firmly.'']

then push the film and shaft assembly to the right, and pull t out on the left.
