How do I change handles on my cooker?

I have bought a stoves cooker, but the doors won't open fully because the wall is in the way. Is there anything I can do...ie.change doors so they open opposite side or change door handles

forget about the changing the door around as you will have to do the lock too, try get a smaller or a different shape handle.
