Freezer door will not shut properly, the red light keeps coming on food keeps defrosting

There's something stopping the drawer closing properly. ou will have to look for it and think a bit.

Take the drawer out (and the ones above and below)

Have a good look. Put one drawer back at a time and check it goes fully home.

If a drawer does not go home fully you will need to work out what is baulking it
