If it has dropped suddenly I suspect the top hinge pin has snapped or fallen out (they are sometimes screwed in and can unscrew themselves) lift the door at the lock side and look for movement on the hinges.They may have caps on top of hinge you can remove and find an allen dead or torque head screw.Good luck.
