how do I take off the face cover on a Casioon TE-2000?

The quantity key is not working and I want to take off the cover to blow out the rubber face under the face where the key is

It is most likely a problem with the membrane inside the keyboard. It is quite well sealed at the top so blowing it out is almost certainly a waste of time. Also check that the key has not been disabled in programming
