fiesta zetec 05 1.4?

hi my fiesta has develpoed a stutter when pulling off amd putting my foot down makes like a plumping.noise from the back only started when i had.mot.last week and.they put on a.mew back box on anybody help?

usual good advice from cdc. does sound like you may have a poorly fitted system, a while back my son had an exhaust fitted which caused poor running which was only sorted by fitting another exhaust. I would take it back to the garage to be checked.

I would check your rear silencer isn't fouling anything and is fitted correctly,as for your misfire it could be any number of things,plugs/coil packs etc,have heard of a lot of problems with cheap supermarket fuel too,filters in good condition? Good luck.
