Is my clutch on its way out?

My Ford KA Sport has developed an oil leak and the accelerator is making a whining noise above 45mph. Have been advised that this is my clutch slipping. However I am not experiencing any problems changing gears? Any ideas what this could be?

If your engine revs increase with no increase in speed then it is highly likely your clutch slipping,.if your oil leak is at your lower end of your engine at the g/box then it is possible it is your crank seal which could affect your clutch, both these faults require the g/box removal.
