We had a power cut the other evening and since then only one side of the hob lights up plus I cannot get the power on that one side to increase. So .... Not working at all
Control electronics may have got confused when the power went off and on but not cleanly. Try turning the power off at the mains isolator, leave for a few mins and power on again.
