Water dripping from opening at top of pump?

I've got a Vaillant thermocompact that keeps losing pressure. There is water dripping from what looks like a small sticking up outlet on top of a small cylinder attached to the top of the pump. Any ideas what to do to stop the drip ?

It call auto air vent which is jam up ,drain system out when empty pull out pin which hold down air vent get new and replace
