Simpson eziset 550. On first wash want complete. The spin as clothes end up on one side off machine.the machine is level.it makes noise as unbalanced then beeps an the lights flash an I have to put clothes evenly in machine again an hope it goes this time.

You will find that the agitator is spinning in the centre and wrapping the clothes in to a ball on one side. When it spins the whole stainless bowl and the agitator should spin together. There will be a problem with either the brake release or the clutch spring. Call someone out to fix it. Not an easy fix for DIY.
