Help to get correct part numbers for Dellorto Carburettor?

Hello :)

I have an Atco Balmoral 14SE with a Tecmuseh AQ 148 engine witha Dellorto carburettor.

I am unsure of the model number of this carburettor but it has a adjusting screw to the unserside of the float bowl.

The problem I am having with mower is it starts but hunts slowing down almost stopping then running for a few seconds then hunting.
When I switched off the mower I saw fuel leaking from the air filter which is attached to the carburettor.

I know the part number for the air filter it is Part No.: 35066* (740019B)
Description: Air Cleaner
Models Used on: ECV, H, LAV50,
LEV, LV, OVRM, TC, TCH, TVS, TVXL

I think the seal or o ring has gone in the carburettor and need to replace either the entire carburettor or get a repair kit for it.

I think the part number for the carburettor from Temuseh is 23025148 but I can't find this on the Dellorto web site, it might be an FHCA 11A but I really do not know.

I have searched in vain to find the Tecmuseh engine ID to help but again to no avail.

If anyone is aware of the reapair kit I need or where I can get a replacement carburettor unit or even a compatible carburettor it would be much appreciated.

I have seen carburettors on Ebay, but none of them seem to mention my engine number AQ 148, even though the units look similar, and have a the float needle adjustment screw in the centre of the underside of the float bowl, where as mine has what looks like a bolt going through the centre with the float adjustment need ro the side.

Any help really appreciated
Regards
Eric
