How can i fix my vokera linia 24 boiler?

There is power going to the boiler and the 2 internal fuses are ok . But boiler does not indicate power there (no temp or fault code numbers ilumanated)boiler obviosly doesnt fire up

look like no power in boiler is there power on both side of fuse check with tester ,is pump run or fan run is pressure 1.2 bar
