ravenheat csi 120 no hot water?

Hi My boiler ch side works fine but when i turn on the hot tap after a few seconds it will trip off, sometimes with error code 04, i have changed thermistors etc but still have the problem, any ideas please

could be diverter motor take out and turn hot water on ,if you get hot water change motor, it push fit with clip no need to drain out
