I got the paper out but now it does nothing when I press the feed button. Power is on, nothing happens when I press the keys. No sound at all. I think the motor might have died(?) Is that easy to replace? Motor #N-2738
It is mid summer. Small, busy retail store. HELP!!

Very unlikely to be motor. Try an initial clear. This will restart the machine without program loss. Make sure it is the initial clear that you perform. Instructions are in the manual:
