How can I fix my GBC Ultimate 65-Top roller falls out while laminating?

While laminating my top roller will pop out and fall. I believe one end is a little tighter then the other, is this possible? How would I correct a problem like this?

theres a spring inside the right side cover, that keeps tension on the shaft. that spring isprobably bent or mangled
