I have a CSE profile lock. the clip came off the back of the plug and plug came out the front side of the lock, Now it is impossible to remove lock from the door .I believe the clip on back of plug came off and is lodged in the release cam restricting the lock from turning not allowing the cam to rotate and allow removal.
