My F&P Smartdrive 7.5 won't start?

All lights work and it beeps. The start button had required a couple of pushes on previous washes before refusing to start at all now.

Switch power on at the panel & set machine ready to do a wash. Top row left hand light should be flashing. Then press start button. You should hear 1 beep & that light will stop flashing and stay on. Do you hear that beep & does the light stop flashing?
