The Samsung refrigerator RB1855SL/XAA won't coolin the fridge and freezer compartment. The display indicates the fridge temp. is 3 degrees C and freezer is -19 degrees C but inside the compartments it is not cold at all. Both fridge and freezer fans are running but the compressor does not run. It also defrosts every 4 to 6 hours. Please advice.
