Hi, please can you help....I did the reset process on my washing machine and it worked, however, when going through the spin cycle the machine shook and jutted out from under the unit. I was able to complete a wash, but now it wont do anything. Tried resetting and all that lights up is the start/pause button and the ready and wash lights.
