BATTERY change date will be on the serial number plate eg BATT NEXT APR 12.
This till has a small battery that needs changing every couple of years, or if left switched off in colder weather will fail losing your program in weeks. For saftey a dealer will need to solder on correct rating battery (genuine).

That is usually a full loss of program. You probably need to have the battery changed by a dealer and the machine reprogrammed
