I have a dimplex PMN 20 the optiflame effect and bulbs have suddenly stopped working the electric fan heater still works any idea does it have a separate fuse ??
Does the " mister sump still work?you can tell by opening the drawer whilst it is working.The rail that the lamps are attached to has a lot of connection plates inside they may be burnt up there are 2 screws securing it to the drawer remove and turn upside down to check
