How do I repair my dualit 4 slice toaster?

The right side of my 4 slice toaster has suddenly died. No power to that side. Why and how do I access the problem area?

Why?

Almost certain to be a defective heating element.
Spares are available - Amazon sell them.

How to access.
Turn it upside down and look tor the screws - they may well be security screws - you may have to buy a set.
