How can i program my NX5400 cash register. 1(PLU prices, codes and description). 2( cashier codes and id)

3(deleting plu).

I have tried to read through the manual over and over but it seems iam not getting any help especially on PLU DESCRIPTOR AND CASHIER SIGN ON.
